The Industrial Building Ruins is a three story structure that is a highly detailed terrain item that will provide excellent
cover for your troops in addition to providing an 8 inch by 8 inch area section that can be classed as difficult terrain.
This item is constructed using a tempered hardboard base that measures 8" by 8" and is 1/4 inch thick to eliminate warpage.
The walls of the Industrial Building Ruins are made from strong 0.2" thick foamcore and are textured to
resemble aged and battle damaged stone.
The base is covered with natural sand and mixed size rubble and debris. The entire base is professionally
drybrushed and painted to resemble a battle torn area.
A KILLER feature of this item is the simulated tile flooring in the corner of the ruin.
