Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Killer Terrain item, we will gladly refund your purchase amount (minus shipping, handling & processing fees).
Simply request a return authorization by email and we will provide instructions for you to return your item. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item and we will issue your refund upon return receipt of your terrain to us.
