THE FOLLOWING ARE BASIC CONTEST RULES FOR OUR MONTHLY FREE TERRAIN GIVEAWAY CONTESTS ON KILLERTERRAIN.COM. EACH MONTHLY CONTEST MAY HAVE ITS OWN SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES.

1. All KillerTerrain contests are open to all KillerTerrain customers unless specific eligibility is required by type of contest, participating agency or advertiser or by law.
2. A qualifying purchase is required to enter the monthly free terrain giveaway drawing. A qualifying order/purchase is any order or purchase made from the KillerTerrain.com website or via mail order. Ebay auction purchases DO NOT qualify for entry.
3. By submitting an order or making a purchase, customers are AUTOMATICALLY entered in the monthly drawing. If you prefer to be excluded from the monthly drawing, you must notify KillerTerrain at the time of your order/purchase.
4. Winners may be required to sign a release, and all winners agree to allow KillerTerrain to use their name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5. Winners will be determined through a random drawing of all submitted entries. Drawing will be conducted by KillerTerrain and all results are final.
6. For monthly drawings, consult the schedule at the bottom of this page for specific entry deadlines for eligibility.
7. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes will be mailed. KillerTerrain is not responsible for any delays in receipt of prizes caused by the mail system.
8. KillerTerrain reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the KillerTerrain.com website indicating that person was the winner.
9. KillerTerrain may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won.
10. With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of KillerTerrain will be final.
11. KillerTerrain, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, injury or damage from any KillerTerrain contest or prize awarded in a contest.
12. All contest entries become the property of KillerTerrain. KillerTerrain may withhold any or all contest entry materials, for any reason management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
13. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be allowed and may increase the chances of winning.
14. For a contest to be valid, a minimum of 10 customer orders must be received as contest entries during the specified month. In the event the minimum number of contest entries is not received, the current month's entries will be carried forward into the drawing for the subsequent month, or until the minimum number of entries is reached. No notification to contest participants will be provided.
