Very simple to construct, just cut out the templates, transfer them onto a piece of card stock (empty cereal boxes work GREAT for this!) and glue it together with regular PVA or school glue.
You can simulate concrete with textured paint or you can just spray paint them black and highlight them for a quick and easy terrain item.
